The Lutron Maestro WMS-B102-LA is a single-circuit, dual-technology occupancy sensor switch for commercial and residential installations where a neutral connection is available. Lutron’s exclusive XCT Technology delivers major, minor, fine, and very fine motion detection across a 180 field-of-view covering up to 900 ft, with Auto-ON/Auto-OFF or Manual-ON/Auto-OFF operation and adjustable timeouts of 1, 5, 15, or 30 minutes. Switches all load types including incandescent, halogen, ELV, MLV, CFL, LED, and fluorescent. Light almond finish; TAA compliant.
