The Lutron FS-5FH-DK is a 120V, 5A rotary fan control designed for single-pole wiring in residential and light commercial ceiling paddle or exhaust fan applications. It features dual rotate-on/off knobs (one white, one ivory) with fully variable speed adjustment and a factory-set minimum speed to prevent motor stall. Compatible with multiple ceiling paddle or exhaust fans on a single circuit, and ships with both finish plates for installation flexibility.
