Description

The Lucellalis ground spike is a black powder-coated steel mounting accessory designed to secure outdoor spotlights in soft ground, garden beds, lawns and borders. The spike shaft measures 108mm from tip to mounting flange, with a 60mm-diameter circular top plate drilled to accept the base fixing of compatible Ideal Lux Lucellalis spotlights. A ribbed footplate near the top of the spike prevents the fitting from sinking further once driven to the correct depth.

Designed for garden accent lighting, border uplighting and pathway illumination, the spike allows spotlights to be repositioned seasonally as planting changes or as features grow. The tapered point pushes through clay, loam and sandy soils without pre-drilling, though harder or root-bound ground may benefit from a pilot hole. The ribbed footplate sits at or just below ground level once installed, leaving the spotlight sitting 60-80mm above the surface depending on the
