The Knightsbridge hole converter kit is a 140mm white pressed steel plate designed to cover and convert existing ceiling holes ranging from 78mm to 120mm in diameter. The kit includes a bridge connector, a 12V MR16 low voltage lampholder, and a GU10 230V mains lampholder, allowing you to fit either light source without additional wiring changes.

Designed for renovation and retrofit scenarios where an old downlight or ceiling fixture has left a hole that doesn’t match the new fitting you want to install, the converter plate bridges the gap and provides a mounting point for a new lamp. The 12mm projection from the ceiling surface keeps the plate flush with standard plasterboard thickness, and the white finish blends with most ceiling paint finishes.

The pressed steel construction provides rigidity without excessive weight, and the kit arrives with all necessary components except the bulbs themselves. The included bridge c
