Hanging lamp “Comet” is a classic design created by Poul Christiansen in 2003, which has once again captured attention with its unique folds, creating a rounded shape. The name “Comet” perfectly reflects the character of the lamp despite its tight folds, its shape resembles a comet, giving the lamp a dynamic and elegant appearance. It is an excellent example of the fusion of traditional craftsmanship with modern design.

Poul Christiansen, from 1969 to 1987, introduced innovative solutions to lamps Le Klint, changing the way shades were folded from simple pleats to mathematically curved lines, which allowed for beautiful and unique sculptural shapes. His most famous work is the SinusLine series, which uses sinusoidal curves in such a way that when folded, they create a shade.
