The Florence is a 38cm diameter round lampshade with a 26cm height, constructed from pleated cream fabric stretched over a metal frame. The vertical pleating runs from top to bottom, creating a ribbed texture that catches light along each fold and diffuses the glow from the bulb inside. The shade is designed to fit standard floor lamp bases with an E27 or B22 lamp holder (sold separately) and accepts bulbs up to 100W.

Suited to floor lamps in living rooms, bedrooms and reading corners, the Florence shade pairs with bases between 90-140cm tall to position the shade at armchair or sofa height. The cream fabric softens bright bulb light into warm ambient illumination, making it effective as evening room lighting rather than focused task light. The 38cm diameter gives enough presence beside a two-seater sofa or an armchair without overwhelming smaller rooms.
