LYYT 2m Clear Plastic Mounting Profile for LED Rope Light – 13mm Wide

Description

The LYYT plastic strip is a 2m clear U-channel profile designed to mount LED rope light or tube light in a straight run. The profile measures 13mm wide by 10mm deep, with an open top that allows the rope light to sit inside while the clear plastic sides protect the cable from impact and keep it aligned. The profile is extruded from clear rigid plastic that remains transparent when the rope light is switched on, so the light output isn’t blocked.

Designed for under-cabinet lighting, cove lighting, shelf lighting and display cases where rope light needs to run in a straight line rather than being loosely draped or clipped at intervals. The profile can be surface-mounted to wood, MDF or plasterboard using adhesive or small screws through pre-drilled holes along the base. Multiple 2m lengths can be joined end-to-end to cover longer runs, with the rope light fed continuously through each section.
